Does my order come with instructions?

Yes, step-by-step instructions are included right on the back of the box for your convenience, including all of our favorite tips and tricks. Send us a message through our Contact Us page if you need a hand!

What bowl/plate can I use for my Floating Drawings?

Any plate/bowl works perfectly fine, however we recommend using a white bowl for the best experience. White (or any other lighter color) serves a great background to make the artwork "pop" more and really brings it to life.


What type of water can I use?

You can use any type of water, room temperature is best.

Are the Floating Drawings safe for my kids?

Yes, absolutely! Our products are BPA safe and use non-toxic ink and materials.

What ages are your products suitable for?

While there's no upper limit to scree-free fun and creativity, we generally recommend our products for ages 3+. We see 4 and 5 year-olds enjoy creating just as much as the 8-12 year-olds. These are fun for all ages!

Shipping & Delivery

Do you ship worldwide?

Absolutely! We delivery to customers all over the globe. Kids everywhere enjoy screen-free activities! In order for us to do so without any hiccups, please make sure that all of your checkout information is entered correctly and has been doublechecked for accuracy.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Order processing and preparation can take up to 1-2 business days before shipment.

Where is my order being shipped from?

All orders ship from our warehouse located in the United States.

My order still hasn't arrived, I think it's lost?

If you think your order has been delayed or lost in the post please Contact Us and we will assist you right away.

Do you ship all of the products within my order at the same time?

Most of the time we will ship your products in the same group. However, if there is an extremely high demand of a product you ordered, it may arrive later than the other product(s) you ordered.

What happens if no one is home and my order arrives?

Anyone at home can receive the package on your behalf. Usually, the post worker will leave the package at your front door or in the mailbox, or alternatively may leave a collection slip if no one is home, to keep you informed and allow you to safely pick your parcel up from your local post office.

Order Changes

I need to change my order, who can help me with this?

If you want to edit or change your order please notify us as soon as possible through our Contact Us page. Unfortunately, once your order has been processed, we cannot make any changes or cancellations. We have a full-time warehouse team that packs order the same day and gets them out as quickly as possible for you, so we are only able to honor change or cancellation requests within a one-hour window of the order. Thank you for your understanding!

Emails & Notifications

Will I receive a confirmation email that my payment has been received and product(s) shipped?

Yes, you will receive an email notifying you of confirmation of your order. Tracking information is available within 1-3 business days after you place your order, as soon as processing and shipping preparation has been completed by our warehouse team.

I placed an order but I didn't get a confirmation email- any ideas?

Please note that the order confirmation will go to the email input at the top of the Checkout page, so please ensure that the email entered is the one you would like for email confirmation purposes. Kindly check your Spam folder first to quickly verify if your confirmation email has been sent there. If there is still no confirmation email, please contact us through our Contact Us form and we'll help to ensure that your order was processed successfully or help with tracking updates and information.

Which cards do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express debit and credit cards. We also accept payments through PayPal, Apple Pay, Shopify Pay and Google Pay.

Are your prices inclusive of tax?

Yes, it will be automatically calculated into our product prices.

Is it safe to purchase online?

Yes, perfectly safe. Our website uses industry standard SSL encryption to protect your information. Any sensitive details such as name, address and card information are encoded so they can only be read on secure servers.

Is all of my data protected on your site?

Absolutely! We take privacy and security very seriously. All orders are securely processed through Shopify which is one of the largest, safest and most trusted platforms in E-commerce.

Damaged Items / Product Care

The goods I received are damaged, what should I do?

If you have received a damaged or not as described item upon delivery, please Contact Us immediately so we can resolve the problem for you and make it right.
